Cupertino School District
PNW Sports and Wellness is proud to have an ongoing Facility Use Permits with the Cupertino School District which enables us as a non-profit to offer Competitive Edge Tennis Academy services at Lawson Middle School. PNW Sports and Wellness Development holds Active Liability Insurance with added “SAM” protection for all of our service locations. PNW also has an active City of Cupertino Business License.
Coach Derek - Pickleball Development Partner
PNW Sports & Wellness Development is proud to include Coach Derek as an official strategic partner supporting our racquet sports programming.
Through this partnership, Coach Derek provides professional pickleball instruction for youth, adults, and families, helping players develop technical skills, movement patterns, and confidence on court. His coaching complements PNW’s broader mission of promoting health, athletic development, and lifelong participation in sport.
Coach Derek’s pickleball services are offered directly through his independent coaching platform as an approved PNW partner.

Coaches Flor & Mark - Community Tennis Partners
PNW Sports & Wellness Development is proud to work with Coach Flor and Coach Mark as Community Tennis Partners supporting our youth and community tennis initiatives.
Coach Flor and Coach Mark work closely under the leadership of Coach Elsio in service to the Cupertino Union School District and the surrounding community, helping deliver structured tennis instruction, player development, and community programming aligned with the PNW mission of promoting athletic growth, discipline, and positive youth development through sport.
Both coaches bring extensive experience as high school tennis coaches in Fremont, California, contributing valuable competitive knowledge, player mentorship, and team development experience to the PNW program.
Their work helps expand the reach of PNW programs while maintaining consistent coaching standards, strong player support, and a welcoming environment for families and students at all development levels.

Our founder Coach Elsio Eybrecht is a Team Babolat Sponsored Ambassador & Tennis Teaching Professional. This partnership allows PNW Sports and Wellness to use and to promote the Babolat Tennis brand of products within our PNW Competitive Edge Tennis Academy, to our clients and local and neighboring communities.
Racket Supply
Through our Team Babolat sponsorship, PNW Competitive Edge Tennis Academy has established a working relationship with Racket Supply, a local Cupertino and Milpitas, California based tennis shop that offers Babolat Tennis Products to the local community.
