“Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness”
Methodology & Coaching Approach

At the heart of Elsio Eybrecht's teachings lies the profound concept of "Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness" – a metaphor for the journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. In this transformative odyssey, he guides his students through four distinct stages, each representing a profound shift in perspective and a deeper connection to their authentic selves. Throughout this transformative journey, Eybrecht weaves historical context and personal stories, illustrating his teachings with rich language and vivid imagery. He emphasizes that the purpose of life is to return to the purity of existence, to close our eyes and be still, even if for a moment, and to embrace the profound truth that we are all connected, all one with the infinite Source.

Stage 1: Self Discovery

In the first stage, Self-Discovery, Eybrecht encourages his students to let go of societal obligations and constructs, and to find their connection to the infinite energy that exists within and around them. He helps women, in particular, to embrace their feminine spirit, completing the circle of balance and harmony.

Stage 2: Inner Guide

The second stage, Inner Guide, focuses on identifying and connecting with one's higher self – the infinite divine that resides within. Eybrecht teaches his students to let go of othe constant struggle for control, recognizing that the inner guide was within them all along. He encourages them to embrace a feminine flow with the source energy, a strength often discouraged in modern society.

Stage 3: Self-Cultivation

In the third stage, Self-Cultivation, Self-Transformation, and the Process of Defeating the Monsters of the Mind, Eybrecht guides his students through the process of overcoming their limiting beliefs and connecting fully with the world through their senses. He encourages them to experience life in its entirety, connecting with Source through heart and soul, rather than solely through the physical form.

Stage 4: Completed Circle

Finally, in the fourth stage, The Completed Circle, Eybrecht helps his students to sharpen their minds like a pencil, recognizing that we are all one in ourselves. He teaches them to transcend the constructs of "masculine" and "feminine," letting go of control and allowing themselves to feel sensually, thereby connecting with Source and diving into the sea of consciousness.
